We offer flexible scheduling and can help you choose the best trip based on your interests and experience level. 2. Do I need previous experience to join a snorkelling or diving expedition?

• Snorkelling: You don’t need to be an expert swimmer, but you should be comfortable in the water. If you are uncertain, our guides will assist you and ensure your safety.
• Diving: If you’re booking a scuba diving trip, you will need to be certified by a regulated body and provide evidence of your certification. Each expedition will vary depending on the itinerary.

3 Can I book a private snorkelling or diving expedition?

Yes! We offer private tours for individuals or groups. Private expeditions can be customized to your preferences and schedule. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.

4. Do you offer underwater photography or videography?

Yes, we offer underwater photography and videography services for an additional cost. If you’re interested, let us know in advance, and we can arrange for a photographer or videographer to capture your experience.

5.What should I do if I get seasick?

If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking seasickness medication before the trip. Please inform the crew upon check-in, and we can provide assistance if needed. We also try to keep the boat rides as smooth as possible, but the sea conditions may vary.

6. What should I bring with me for the tour?

• For snorkelling expeditions we recommend bringing:
• Swimwear
• A towel
• Sunscreen
• A camera or GoPro for underwater shots (optional)
• A hat and sunglasses for sun protection when on the boat
• Personal medications (e.g., inhalers, seasickness tablets)

Once booked we provide detailed information with guides to prepare for your expedition including reminders leading up to the booking. We are here to make it easy for you!

8. Am I guaranteed to see all the animals listed on the tours?

We carefully plan our tours around the peak seasons for the listed sightings, it is important to keep in mind that ocean animals are part of the natural world and their appearance cannot be guaranteed.  Our guides are knowledgeable and experienced, maximizing your chances of encountering ocean animals, but nature remains unpredictable. We encourage you to enjoy the beauty of the ocean and its ecosystem, regardless of the specific animals you may encounter!

9. Is tipping included in the tour price?
   No, tipping is not included in the tour price. We recommend guests consider tipping based on the quality of service provided during the tour. Tipping customs vary by country. We encourage you to review tipping etiquette specific to your destination before your tour, as local expectations may differ.

Depending on your nationality and location you are traveling to you may require a visa. Visit the embassy or consulate website of the country you are visiting to find out if you need a visa and what documents are required.
